About Parker County Court Docket

Parker County court dockets are divided among District Courts, County Courts at Law, the Probate Court, four Justice Courts, and separate municipal courts. The District Clerk and County Clerk in Weatherford keep different files, while re:SearchTX adds a statewide search layer. This privately run reference site organizes those official routes so readers can identify the right portal, office, and contact without mistaking one clerk's records for another's.

Why We Built This Site

Texas court access can be broad, yet Parker County custody is highly specific. The District Clerk files and preserves records for the 43rd and 415th District Courts. The County Clerk serves the County Courts at Law, Probate, and Mental Health divisions. Four precinct clerks maintain Justice Court matters, and city clerks keep municipal cases. re:SearchTX and the county Tyler portal can aid a lookup, but neither changes who owns the official file. The service collects these routes, contacts, and request steps in one place.

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Texas court, clerk of court, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:

  • We are unable to pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We are unable to change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We are unable to remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We are unable to issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We are unable to give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We are unable to guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on the site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Some pages on the site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When a visitor uses one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep the site free for visitors. We do not currently control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results.
